TERMS & CONDITIONS

We offer a free ½ hour Skype or face time consultation. Payment via PayPal is due upon deciding to proceed with project. Communication thereafter is via email, so you can reach us wherever you are with no need to arrange a meeting. You can contact us as often as you want. If you want more personal attention, contact us to discuss your budget and we will create an in person design package for you.

 

You will receive 2 initial design concepts from us within 3 weeks of payment. Once you receive them, you have 3 weeks to collaborate with us to refine and finalize your chosen concept.

 

We will find furnishings within your specified budget, and provide any specifications for custom items. You will purchase them directly, using the links on your shopping list.

Because we often deal with unique items, they may sell out if not purchased promptly.  For one month after delivery of completed project, we will offer alternatives should one of our suggested items become unavailable.

 

4 to 6 weeks from original payment , you will receive via email a completed design package including Concept Board, Space Planning, 3D rendering, shopping list and information on your unique vendors.

 

You have the right to cancel your purchase of design services for a full refund (less applicable PayPal fees) within 7 days of original payment.

 

We offer a design consultation service only. All recommendations are considered suggestions that  improve the aesthetics of your space and are not intended for construction purposes.

 

Hapeman Hill is not responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, delivery & installation or safety precautions in connection with the project; or for any failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates.

 

Hapeman Hill cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with our recommendations.
